Rates

Services will begin upon receipt of a signed Service Agreement.

*Hourly:  Starts at approx. $35.00 USD per hour

We charge $35 per hour for basic administrative services, i.e. word processing, spreadsheet creation, research and travel arrangements, etc.  Bookkeeping, graphic design or web design project fees range from $55-$80 per hour, depending on the complexity of the project.

*Monthly Retainer Plans:
Silver
– 10 hours per month   – 5% OFF
Gold - 20 hours per month   – 10% OFF
Platinum - 30+ hours per month – 20% OFF

To negotiate a personalized plan just let us know what you need and we can create a plan together.

Retainer Plans are beneficial for those clients who wish to reserve a block of time (i.e. more than 10 hours per month), a 10% retainer discount will be applied to the regular fees. Retainers are non-refundable and only Gold and Platinum Plans are carried over from month to month. Expenses such as long distance telephone charges, mileage, commercial printing charges, postage and project specific supplies will be billed at cost; any expenses over $30 per project will be submitted for approval in advance.
